Assure Global Group (AGG) is a leading Canadian software development company branched in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Our company is looking for a QA/QC Leader to join us in leading the quality assurance and control efforts for our software products. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QA/QC processes and standards for software development.
• Create and execute test plans and test cases to ensure software products meet quality standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA/QC analysts.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the development process.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Continuously improve QA/QC processes and practices based on industry best practices and lessons learned.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in software quality assurance and control.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, QA/QC best practices, and industry standards.
• Experience leading a team of QA/QC analysts.
• Experience creating and executing test plans and test cases for software products.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, and JMeter.
• Knowledge of software development tools such as JIRA and Git.
