We are committed to providing our guests with exceptional service, and we are looking for a Hospitality Manager to join our team.
Our company is looking for a Hospitality Manager to join us in implementing media activities, ensuring the best communication results.
The Hospitality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotels in Sapa and Phan Thiet. They will work closely with the hotel staff to ensure that our guests receive excellent service and have an enjoyable stay.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure that all hotel departments are operating efficiently and effectively
- Supervise and train hotel staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Monitor guest feedback and respond to any complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage hotel budgets and financial performance, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and local authorities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.
- Plan and coordinate special events, such as weddings and conferences, to ensure they are executed to a high standard.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new initiatives where appropriate.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a hospitality management role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
- Open to relocation to Sapa or Phan Thiet
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese, both spoken and written
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
